This policy explains the basic information HannCount uses to operate the training platform, protect accounts, and process memberships.
Information We Collect
HannCount may store your email address, password hash, account role, membership status, trainer activity, simulator statistics, achievements, goals, saved table settings, login history, trusted devices, and security events.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. HannCount does not store full credit card numbers. HannCount may store Stripe checkout/session IDs, customer IDs, payment status, purchase logs, receipt records, refund records, and promotion redemption records.
Security Data
To protect accounts and reduce account sharing, HannCount may record IP address, browser user agent, session fingerprints, trusted-device tokens, failed logins, account-sharing signals, and impossible-travel signals. These tools are primarily used for security review and account protection.
HannCount may email you for verification, security alerts, two-factor backup codes, receipts, support replies, and important account notices. Security-sensitive email features require a verified email address.
How We Use Information
We use account and training information to operate the website, provide statistics and coaching, protect accounts, process memberships, improve the product, and respond to support requests.
